Description

This new revision incorporates the terrestrial game as well as the astral game.

A grayscale booklet containing the complete rules of the game along with a fictional history and sundry other information. The PDF file is set up for US letter size (8.5 inches by 11 inches), and is sixteen pages long. It also can be printed from Adobe Acrobat or Reader as a “booklet” on four sheets of tabloid paper (11 inches by 17 inches), then stacked in correct order and folded in half. Trimming the outer edge and using a cantilever stapler to “stitch” the spine are optional finishing touches.

Incidentally, the idea of using wood-handled push-pins as the basis for compact playing pieces came from :iconrazgrizinferno: RazgrizInferno.

OR

"Al-amira melezama." The princess is bound.


Just a little extra historical flair for players to add to their game.

I prefer the second: it has a smoother flow on the English tongue, and it's more dramatic. It also has a greater chance of mutating into a unique term like "shah mat" did.


This is Arabic: I couldn't get actual Persian, because Google Translator spits out the result in the native script. Anyone fluent in Farsi reading this post? If so, I'd be grateful for an authentic translation.
